Karhu Method is an all-inclusive program designed and programmed to develop the 10 general physical skills based on CrossFit’s Hierarchy of Fitness. You will run, row, learn how to master bodyweight movement and lift weights in an environment that stresses good technique and proper form first. Once you have developed a solid foundation of movement mechanics, we ask that our athletes do so consistently before adding intensity. Progressions are a big part of how we teach our members how to move well.

Skill work, mobility and stability are added into each warm-up and cool-down. You do not need to “be fit” to enter the program, but you will get fit with consistency, a little hard work and some fun along the way. The goal is to move you along the continuum of fitness to a better version of yourself. You will be challenged, and it will be hard at times, but it will be worth it! If you’re looking for a new way of doing things – if you’re looking for a community and gym that you can be proud of, then look no further. And it will be fun!
