There are two ways to get started at CrossFit Jääkarhu:
- Scheduling a 1-1 consultation
- Trying a complimentary class
Consultation: If you haven’t worked out in a long time (ever) or are coming off an injury, we recommend scheduling a 1-1 with a coach, so we can assess your readiness for class and get you started on the right track. Book an appointment through our schedule below, or if you don’t see a time that works, request a 1-1 via email.
Try a Class: If you have been active and you’re interested in trying a class, we offer complimentary passes for our Fitness, Sport and Weightlifting programs. While we still suggest easing yourself into the pace of class, it is a great opportunity to get a feel for the program and meet your potential coach and classmates.
How to Enroll
To schedule a trial class, select the class you would like to attend below and click enroll. Next, create an account in our online account center. A complimentary pass will be assigned to your account. The next step is to show up and have a great workout! Pick a class below!
