In honor of Thanksgiving, Sport Program Coach Taylor Deering leads the 6:30 AM class through “365 Days of Thankfulness”.

Buy In: 33 Burpees
2 Rounds for Time:
50 KB C&J (25/25) at 24/16
40 Goblet Squats
30 Toes to Bar
20 Box Jumps at 24/20 Inches
10 Alt. DB Snatch at 65/45 lbs.
Buy Out: 32 Burpees
