We Want You To Join Our Community

We are actively looking for people that want to begin (or continue) their journey towards wellness. Our aim is to be a goal-based gym that helps you identify what you want and then coach you to achieve those goals. CrossFit Jääkarhu has three programs designed to group people of similar focus and fitness level, in order to introduce you to like-minded individuals and allow coaches to address needs in detail.

We have recently added new class times to our schedule and more are coming. If you are interested in joining the CrossFit Jääkarhu community but don’t see a time that fits your schedule, let us know! Contact us and we will see if your desired class time is possible.

Now Available

Fitness Level 1

Friday – 5:30 a.m., 6:30 a.m.,  5:30 p.m., 6:30 p.m.

Saturday (optional add-on. Reserve Your Spot) – 8 a.m.

The Fitness class is a two times a week or three times a week program. The program is designed to meet athletes, who are at the beginning of their fitness journey, where they are. For athletes who are starting to find their fitness “footing” we now have a Saturday Training opportunity of you.

This is not a makeup class but an additional opportunity to train in the gym. These classes cost $10 per Saturday. If you are interested in signing up, please reserve your spot by clicking here.

Once you have made the decision to “get real” about your health and fitness, what do you do next? The Level 1 or Fitness program is here to help you find those answers. The program is designed to meet you where you are and help you develop a fitness base. This means focusing on increasing strength and mobility while conditioning your body to get in shape. This program is complete, allowing long term fitness lovers to enjoy themselves alongside those looking to advance to the next levels. It’s hard work but who says we can’t have a little fun along the way.

Sport Level 2

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday – 12 p.m. (Nooners)

Saturday (optional add-on. Reserve Your Spot ) – 8 a.m.

The Sport program is built on a four day class structure. The programming is designed to provide results to athletes who commit to the M-T-W-F schedule. For athletes that are seeking extra time in the gym, a Saturday class is available to Sport athletes. Saturdays will focus on skill, gymnastics and olympic lifting with a team or partner workout at the end. The cost is $10 per Saturday.

Please reserve your spot as these classes are capped. Reserve through this link. The Sport (Level 2) Program, led by Jessica Estrada, is comprised of many types of athletes. The two main groups are those that have developed a basic level of fitness and desire just a little bit more. It is also for athletes who would like to become competitors, but need more practice and technical instruction on Olympic lifts and gymnastic movements. This program is also a great option for multi-sport competitors who want to supplement CrossFit into their training. Learn more.
