It’s fall and it’s time to hump a friend.
Oct. 21-22 and Oct. 28-29 are Bring-A-Friend days at CrossFit Jääkarhu. If you know someone who you think would enjoy being a part of the community, bring them with you to class for a complimentary trial. Friends can try the class that best suits where they are in their fitness journey.
