Catching Up with the Sport Program

To kick off 2015, Coach Jessica Estrada opened up a Noon class in the Level 2 program. This month, the Sport Program is now available at 6:30 a.m. on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. These new class times are a result of requests and inquires for new class times to suit athletes schedules.

Are you interested in training at CrossFit Jääkarhu but don’t see a time slot that fits your schedule? Email us with your requested time and we will be happy to take it into consideration for our next expansion.

The goal of the Sport Program is to help athletes who have been doing CrossFit, for six months or more, excel to the next level. This class is geared toward individuals who are interested in more work with the barbell, skill development and participating in competitions.

The best way to learn more is to try a class. If you have been doing CrossFit for more than six months and you are interested in dropping into the Sport Program, reserve your drop-in on the Start Training page or by clicking below:
